Wembley Park is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK and has provided 7,000 new homes and over 500,000 sq. ft of retail across a new 85-acre neighbourhood.
Directly Adjacent to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Way is the EO1/EO2 development, also known as Eastlands, Wembley Park. The site is made up of four new buildings that reach heights of 15 storeys and are spread across three beautifully landscaped gardens. These blocks contain 633 residential units and 3,376 square meters of non-residential space that include retail and residential amenities.
Working as part of the Wates team, T.F.Tull we contracted to provide the shell & core BMS, controls within each of the 633 apartments and an EMS system monitoring over 2,500 meters. The project was successfully completed and handed over in February 2021.
