Not many contractors in our industry can attest to being an integral part of a ‘world’s first’ project but that’s exactly what T.F.Tull are proud to proclaim. The Londoner Hotel, located in London’s Leicester Square, is the world’s first super-boutique hotel.
Working alongside Halsion, T.F.Tull were appointed to provide the BMS throughout the development which included 350no. bedroom hotel and cinema complex, over eight storeys above ground and six storeys below ground.
With two Odeon cinemas, event and leisure facilities complete with bars and restaurants, this extremely impressive and complex project was successfully handed over in August 2021, well within time for the grand opening.
