Thames Court is a commercial office development providing a modern workplace environment designed to meet the needs of contemporary occupiers. The building combines high-quality office accommodation with modern mechanical, electrical and building controls systems, supporting a comfortable, efficient and well-managed working environment.
TF Tull were appointed as the BMS contractor, working closely with ESG and alongside BW as the main contractor to deliver the building’s controls infrastructure.
Our scope included the design, manufacture, installation, configuration and commissioning of a comprehensive Distech Controls Building Management System.
Scope of Works
TF Tull, with our in-house design team, electrical installation team and panel workshop, designed and implemented a bespoke BMS solution tailored to the requirements of Thames Court.

The project required close coordination between the BMS, electrical and mechanical systems to ensure all elements were successfully integrated into a single, cohesive controls solution. Our in-house capabilities allowed us to maintain control across the design, panel manufacture and installation stages, supporting a coordinated and efficient delivery throughout the project.
Project Completion
TF Tull successfully completed and handed over the BMS at the end of 2025, delivering a fully integrated Distech Controls solution for the Thames Court commercial office development.
