Project Features

Finsbury Tower saw the transformation of an outdated 1960s building into a landmark tower which is still in its prominent location opposite historic sites and two adjacent conservation areas.

Adding 12 floors onto the existing 152,000 sq.ft office building to over 310,000 sq.ft of retail, residential and office space across the 29 stories.

T.F.Tull were appointed by Mace MEP, to provide the Shell & Core and fit out BMS which included 9no. Form 2 MCCs, 33no. risers outstations, over 400no. FCUs and a BMS head end.

The project was successfully completed and handed over in October 2021.
