Day Four
Today we were told to reorganize the heirachy table of the company and the people. We were a bit confused at first as we had to actually try and rank people, but it was quite simple and then we decorated it. We did this task together. We also worked on our websites separately again. We also got our labels cut out.
We learnt how to use a.....dundundun... hole punch, which we created a folder for a BMS system installer. We were then given the simple job of creating labels on the computer to stick onto the folder. BUT me being an idiot, spelt the word 'maintenance' wrong and the word 'system' wrong and we printed the sheet out a lot of times and then realized the spelling mistakes... yes they were MY spelling mistakes.... but I did spell the labels I wrote by hand correctly which was good considering my stupidity. I wasted a lot of labels and was very sorry, but everyone just laughed at my lack of ..... a lot of things. Thankfully Peter was not here to laugh along, but Kajal wrote a letter to him explaining it all with the incorrectly spelt label. I think now no one will give me any tasks to do for them which involve spelling on the computer. This made me and Kajal quite hyper, mainly because we were both laughing at me. But the people at the company also found it funny and didn't seem to mind, and I did apologise a lot of times.
In the last two years the organization has changed quite a bit in its culture because the company was taken over by the current owner.
Technology has affected the company quite a lot as it deals with business management systems and uses ICT in mainly everything it does. For example the designs. Everyone who is not in the workshop mainly work on the computer, whether it is to design or deal with supplies or customers.

Overall it has been a really good day and I got to know some of the other people today and I am really looking forward to tomorrow although it is our last day =(
