Day1

When I arrived at the T.F.Tull  for the first time,I was nervous  and did not know what to expect.My friend,Megha  and I were greeted by welcoming people and let in to the main reception.I had to sign in and  we waited for my supervisor to come.Then we were lead into a room and we talked about the company and what the following week would offer us and how we could get the most out of our week.
Our supervisor,Mr O'Grady, was very friendly and welcoming.He gave us both information packs about the company and the health and safety measures taken in the work place.

We were left to read through the manual and asked questions on it later.We were also given a guided tour of the work place.Just before lunch, we were shown by Ian how to use the CAD(computer aided design) and what we had learnt was put in practice,when we had to edit some labels ,that were going to be made later in the day.
After lunch we were taken down into the workshop to see the engraver and we were shown how to set it up and work it using a computer.
We saw some of the work we had already helped with being made.It was very funny as the engraver engraved the table as well!Not so good!!
